In general, the process looks like this:
- You submit a Project Brief
- PA (our founder) reaches out for a call or Basecamp chat
- You share more details like your budget, time-frame, and style preferences
- PA pairs you with the right design based on cost, availability, and style
- PA shares work from that designer and you approve
- PA sends you a contract and invoice via Bonsai
- You sign online and pay an upfront installment
- PA connects you with your designer via Basecamp
- Designer hops in and starts getting to know you
- Designer starts working and reports weekly, if not constantly directly on Basecamp
- Designer drafts, you approve and the process flows.
- You make the final approval and payment
- Designer finalizing the project by sending the files or publishing your site.
- All done!
Design is an iterative process, so there’s much back and forth during the actual design process. If you need any extra help, PA is available at all times to assist the project.
